QB Wes Lunt – Illinois Fighting Illini
While the West division of the Big Ten does not possess the quarterback firepower of its East counterpart, a few playmaking-sleepers could prove much better than universally-expected. The Illinois passing success will likely depend on the continued rehabilitation of star Y-reciever Mike Dudek from an ACL. Although, assuming a full and speedy recovery, no West quarterback fits that sleeper-description better than Lunt. During the teams first five 2014 games, Lunt averaged 313.4 yards, 2.4 TDs, 8.16 yards/attempt, and completed 66.1 percent of his passes for a 94.34 CFF QBR.
