Same-game parlays (SGPs) let you combine multiple bets from a single game into one ticket, increasing the potential payout if your game script hits. Our SGP picks are built around data-driven narratives — how a matchup is likely to unfold, which players are best positioned to benefit and where the edges lie.
This week, we’re also leaning on the new PFF Player Prop Tool, available exclusively in the PFF app for PFF+ members. It highlights the props with the highest probability of success, surfaces matchup insights that NFL teams themselves track and syncs with sportsbooks in real time, so you always know where the best number is.
Here are our top SGP picks for Week 2, each tied to a clear story the data suggests could play out.

WR Calvin Austin III dominates from the slot for the Pittsburgh Steelers
Austin emerged as Aaron Rodgers’ top target in Week 1, earning a team-high 27% target share. He also led the Steelers in average depth of target (15.0), serving as Rodgers’ primary downfield weapon.

Austin’s deep-threat usage picks up where he left off last season — one of the NFL’s highest average depths of target paired with strong separation metrics that improved as his role expanded.
In Week 1, nearly half of his snaps came from the slot. That would pit him against Derion Kendrick in Week 2, and Kendrick hasn’t played since logging a 59.7 PFF grade in 2023.
If Austin is connecting on deep balls, it likely means the Steelers are thriving through the air and Rodgers is dropping back often — that’s the high-upside scenario worth backing.
SGP Build: 31-1 on DraftKings
- WR Calvin Austin III: 90+ receiving yards
- QB Aaron Rodgers: 280+ passing yards
- Pittsburgh Steelers: -3
Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward gets on track in a sneaky matchup against the Los Angeles Rams
This one certainly feels ugly, given how poorly Ward performed in Week 1, as he finished last in the NFL in nearly every meaningful production metric. Rookie quarterbacks often face early growing pains, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see those struggles persist.
But it’s also possible that much of Ward’s Week 1 struggles stemmed from facing a Broncos defense that was among the NFL’s best last season and only got stronger over the offseason. This week’s matchup against the Rams presents a potentially more favorable outlook, especially with Los Angeles showing significant vulnerabilities in their secondary during Week 1.

The Rams ranked last in the NFL in perfect coverage rate in Week 1, disrupting just 33% of plays — nearly half the rate generated by the Broncos.
Sure, some of that may be attributed to Ward’s performance, and Week 1 isn’t a definitive predictor of what’s to come. But starting Emanuel Forbes (39.0 PFF grade in Week 1) and slot corner Quentin Lake (a converted safety who posted the seventh-lowest PFF grade at his position last season) doesn’t inspire much confidence in the strength of the Rams’ secondary.
There’s little data to suggest Ward is poised for a breakout — his debut was rough by every measure. But this is more a bet that his struggles were tied to first-game jitters than a long-term issue, and a way to sell the current state of the Rams’ defense and secondary.
SGP Build: 19-1 on DraftKings
- QB Cam Ward: 280+ passing yards
- Tennessee Titans: -2.5
Chicago Bears WR Rome Odunze shines bright against the man-coverage-heavy Detroit Lions
The Lions have consistently been one of the NFL’s most man-heavy defenses, and that continued in Week 1 with a league-high 56% man coverage rate.
PFF studies have shown that in man coverage, individual talent tends to shine through more clearly than in zone — elite receivers are more likely to win, and coverage mismatches are more frequently exposed.

Cornerback Terrion Arnold struggled as a rookie, particularly in man coverage, where he earned one of the lowest PFF grades at the catch point. He’ll likely draw a tough assignment in Week 2 against Rome Odunze, who led the Bears in man-coverage target rate last week (45%) and was their most reliable contested-catch threat in 2024.
Odunze also paced Chicago in total routes (44) in Week 1 and appears primed to take a step forward as the team’s go-to target. If that’s the case, Arnold’s coverage presents an ideal matchup for another breakout performance.
SGP Build: 22-1 on DraftKings
- QB Caleb Williams: 270+ passing yards
- WR Rome Odunze: 100+ receiving yards
- WR Rome Odunze: Anytime touchdown
