- Mariota’s deep ball was much improved from 2015, as he went from a 20.4 accuracy percentage his rookie season to 41.9 in 2016, which tied for 13th among 27 qualified quarterbacks.
- He did struggle under pressure last year, as his accuracy percentage of 55.1 when under duress was 28th out of 29 quarterbacks.
