- According to Mike Florio, the Buffalo Bills are not entertaining offers for running back LeSean McCoy. Despite trading wide receiver Sammy Watkins and cornerback Ronald Darby earlier this month, the Bills have no intention in parting ways with their star back.
- McCoy was one of three running backs to rank in the top 10 in overall grade (85.0 – seventh), run grade (85.4 – fifth) and receiving grade (79.2 – sixth) during the 2016 season.
- McCoy’s 43 forced missed tackles on the ground in 2016 were his most since 2013. He also recorded a career-high in catch percentage as a receiver at 92.6 percent.
- McCoy was tied for the league-lead with 22 carries of 15-plus yards in 2016. His breakaway percentage (percentage of yards that came on such carries) was 44.5 percent, second-highest of any running back.
