The San Francisco 49ers turned a one-point halftime deficit into a dominant 41-23 victory over the Seattle Seahawks at Levi's Stadium in the wild-card round of the NFL playoffs on Saturday. A third-quarter Charles Omenihu strip-sack in the red zone that was recovered by Nick Bosa appeared to seriously turn the tide in the 49ers' favor, as the Seahawks were driving to take the lead with a touchdown.

Now, while the Seahawks will turn their attention toward the offseason, the 49ers advanced to the divisional round of the NFC playoffs.

Offensive Spotlight: 49ers receiver Deebo Samuel and Seahawks receiver D.K. Metcalf put on a show Saturday, as each finished at least 125 receiving yards, a touchdown and an 85.0-plus receiving grade on first review.

Samuel totaled six receptions for 133 receiving yards and a touchdown, including a 74-yard catch-and-run that put the 49ers up by three scores in the fourth quarter. Samuel also forced two missed tackles after the catch in addition to adding 32 rushing yards from three carries.

Even in a losing effort, Metcalf was outstanding, totaling 10 receptions for 136 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Impressively, Metcalf caught four of his five contested targets in addition to forcing a missed tackle after the catch.

Defensive Spotlight: It shouldn't be surprising that the aforementioned Omenihu was the game's standout defense, as he totaled five pressures, two sacks. two pass-rush wins that didn't result in a pressure and a team-high 33.3% pass-rush win rate. He also added a tackle against the run. The Texas product proved that Bosa isn't the only 49ers defensive lineman who can make a game-changing impact.

Rookie Spotlight: 49ers rookie quarterback Brock Purdy continues to put forward winning performances, as he finished 18-of-30 for 332 passing yards and three touchdowns. While it's fair to say that Purdy is significantly aided by an outstanding surrounding cast in addition to head coach Kyle Shannahan's effective play design, the rookie quarterback deserves to be lauded for avoiding negatives and allowing San Francisco's skill weapons to flourish.

Offensive Line Spotlight: Both offensive lines did a commendable job, but the 49ers offensive line was particularly excellent, especially in pass protection, as it allowed just five total pressures across 32 pass-blocking snaps on the day. Additionally, the offensive line helped pave the way for 181 rushing yards from Christian McCaffrey and company in San Francisco's backfield.
