Ben Johnson's offense has already taken hold in Chicago, with the Bears dropping 38 points on the listless Buffalo Bills in preseason Week 2.
The Bears-Bills contest marked the first game action of Caleb Williams operating Johnson's offense, and the second-year quarterback led an opening-drive touchdown in two series of work.
The Bills rested almost all of their starters in the 38-0 trouncing, so while the scoreline is far from ideal, Josh Allen and company should produce far better results once the regular season arrives.
One week after earning an elite 95.3 PFF overall grade and recording seven pressures against the Dolphins, Bears edge defender Austin Booker notched two more sacks.

PLAYER OF THE GAME
Rookie tight end Colston Loveland played only nine snaps but brought in two catches from Caleb Williams on the Bears' first drive, one of which moved the chains on a second-and-15. He finished with 12 yards after the catch and 26 yards total.
Loveland looked right at home with Williams in Ben Johnson's offense, and his final PFF overall grade — although on a small sample size — should reflect that.
