Few things are more important to an NFL team’s success than the quality of its offensive line. Disastrous lines, or even singular weak-link mismatches, can determine the outcomes of games, while strong units provide an incredible advantage.

We will monitor NFL offensive line play all season and highlight each team's biggest weak-link players. With Week 16 of the 2025 NFL regular season in the books, here are the weekly rankings and each unit's best player.

1. Denver Broncos (No change)

Projected Week 17 starters:

LT Garett Bolles

The Broncos activated left guard Ben Powers from injured reserve for Week 16 against the Jaguars. Although Alex Palczewski started at the position, Powers played 23 of the 66 snaps. He did struggle, though, allowing three pressures on 18 dropbacks in the loss.

Right tackle Mike McGlinchey excelled in the run game, where he earned a 90.3 PFF run-blocking grade to lead all right tackles in Week 16.

Best player: Garett Bolles

Bolles' 91.1 PFF overall grade in Week 16 was the top mark among all offensive linemen.

Rookie left tackle Ozzy Trapilo continues to improve since being named a starter. He earned a 79.5 PFF overall grade in the win against the Packers, which was his highest mark since he joined the lineup full time.

Best player: Joe Thuney

Thuney once again paced all offensive linemen as a pass blocker in Week 16, garnering an 89.8 PFF pass-blocking grade.
