These are some of the best player prop bets to target in Week 4 for the 2025 NFL season.
WR Chris Godwin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Over 29.5 receiving yards (-114)

The Buccanneers are getting back a pivotal playmaker for Week 4. Before going down with a season-ending injury in Week 7 last season, Chris Godwin was gashing opposing defenses. His 50 receptions for 576 yards earned him an 85.7 PFF receiving grade, all of which ranked in the top three among wideouts through Week 7.
While Godwin will be running alongside breakout rookie Emeka Egbuka, Tampa Bay will be without Mike Evans for multiple weeks, which bodes well for the veteran to step into a significant role immediately. Expect Godwin and Baker Mayfield to pick up right where they left off last season.
Against the Eagles this week, Godwin is in a plus-matchup with a secondary that is a far cry from 2024's dominant unit. Philadelphia has struggled to slow down receivers this season, having allowed six players to surpass this line, including a pair of performances over 110 yards.
Top WR Performances vs. Eagles in 2025
| Player | Targets | Receptions | Yards |
| Puka Nacua | 15 | 11 | 112 |
| CeeDee Lamb | 13 | 7 | 110 |
| Davante Adams | 8 | 3 | 56 |
| Tyquan Thornton | 5 | 2 | 59 |
| Marquise Brown | 5 | 5 | 30 |
| George Pickens | 4 | 3 | 30 |
QB Michael Penix Jr., Atlanta Falcons: Over 219.5 passing yards (-112)

Michael Penix Jr. and Falcons offensive coordinator Zac Robinson have been subjects of criticism through four weeks. However, Atlanta's offense is still loaded with talent, and Penix is a highly capable passer.
This week’s matchup with Washington presents a strong opportunity for Penix to get back on track. The Commanders‘ coverage unit has struggled significantly to start the season, with a last-ranked 37.7 PFF coverage grade. Opposing offenses have consistently found room to operate downfield, with the Commanders allowing 17.7% of passes to go for 15 or more yards and 9.6 yards per coverage target.
While Penix has been inconsistent with pushing the ball downfield, he maintains a strong grading profile on throws targeted 10 or more yards downfield, dating back to last season. His 92.8 PFF passing grade on those targets ranks in the top eight in the NFL since his first start in Week 16 last season.
