Here are two props that stand out ahead of Week 12 of the 2025 NFL season.

WR Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals: Over 64.5 receiving yards
With the news that All-Pro wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase will be suspended for Week 12 against the Patriots, Tee Higgins’ outlook is even brighter for a player who has already been incredibly productive over the past month.
Since the Bengals traded for quarterback Joe Flacco, Higgins has been targeted at least eight times in four of their five games. The sixth-year pro has averaged 77.2 receiving yards per game over that stretch, catching at least one touchdown in every outing, as well. Chase’s absence will be noticeable, as he’s been by far the most-targeted wide receiver in the NFL (115, next closest is Jaxon Smith-Njigba with 94). Higgins will likely take advantage and see plenty of looks.
The Patriots are not the best matchup on paper, but some factors lean in Higgins’ favor. For the season, he has averaged 2.29 yards per route run against man coverage, a top-20 mark among all wideouts. The Patriots run man coverage on 30.34% of pass plays, the eighth-highest rate in the league. Higgins figures to see a lot of standout cornerback Christian Gonzalez (66.9 PFF coverage grade) but will also be matched up often with Carlton Davis III, who has struggled in coverage (52.5 PFF coverage grade).
Star quarterback Joe Burrow has been practicing this week after going on injured reserve in September, but he still seems unlikely to play in Week 12. If he does end up suiting up, it certainly doesn’t hurt Higgins’ projections.
QB Cam Ward, Tennessee Titans: Under 11.0 fantasy points
Ward has struggled in his rookie campaign after being selected first overall in this year’s draft, ranking 35th out of 39 qualifying quarterbacks in PFF overall grade (54.9). This week, he takes on one of the best defenses in the NFL in the Seattle Seahawks, who rank in the top 10 as a unit in PFF pass-rush, coverage and run-defense grades.
Ward has particularly struggled under pressure, where he ranks 34th in PFF grade. Seattle, on the other hand, ranks third in pressure rate. Additionally, zone coverage has proven difficult for Ward, as he ranks 33rd among qualifying quarterbacks in PFF grade against those looks. Seattle utilizes zone coverage at the second-highest rate in the NFL.
To make matters worse, Ward will be without top wideout Calvin Ridley, who suffered a season-ending broken fibula in Week 11 game against the Texans. Chimere Dike also left that game early with a chest contusion but appears on track to play in Week 12.
There will surely be better days ahead for Ward and the shorthanded 1-9 Titans, but this week’s matchup with the Seahawks will be one of the toughest of his already challenging rookie season.
