Saturday is quickly approaching, but there are still some solid plays remaining on the board for college football betting.
Full-game sides and totals are tough to find value on late in the week after being hammered into place by the market, so I’ll be looking at plenty of derivatives here when trying to extract the last bit of value on the board. For full-game sides and totals this week, I looked into those here and here.

Lastly, I’d like to point out that my projections are independent from PFF Greenline, but I would always point you to that first before looking for additional value in my articles.
Texas Longhorns -26.5 vs. Rice Owls
Projection: Texas -31.1
This is the one spread bet I added after my article earlier this week, reluctantly pulling the trigger on Texas again after last week’s dud. The raw stats and the final score don’t look great for the Longhorns, but there were four separate instances where the Longhorn receivers got wide open behind the Arkansas secondary resulting in two drops and two missed throws. If two of those are completed, it’s a completely different game. Everyone can make excuses after a disappointing performance, but I’m not ready to give up on this offense after one bad game.
