There are some great plays this week and I put together 10 lineups that I really liked before deciding on this one for the article. Around Week 8 we settle into each player’s capabilities and feel more confident in our choices.

The great news is that the PFF tools guide the way. I used the DFS Optimizer, the WR/CB chart, the shadow matrix and the signature stats to put this lineup together.

Here is the Week 8 Optimal FanDuel Lineup.

QB: Andrew Luck, Indianapolis Colts ($7,900)

The only time Luck had a FanDuel performance outside of the top-15 all season was when he played in Denver. This season, I throw out all Denver and Minnesota games as outliers. Over the last three weeks he’s scored seven touchdowns while throwing only one interception. This week he’s at home and he’s getting Donte Moncrief back. I’m not sold on Moncrief getting a ton of looks, but I do think having Moncrief back will take some of the defensive focus away from Hilton, and that’s part of why I created this lineup around that stack.
