PFF.com Draft Pick Challenge Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This competition (“Competition”) is organized and promoted by PFF.com (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The Competition is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- The competition only applies to leagues that are administered, and created by PFF. Displayed as ‘Public'.
- Private leagues are excluded and the competition does not apply to them in any way.
- Employees, officers, and directors of PFF.com, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Competition Period
The Competition opens on the date announced by the Promoter and closes once the 2026 NFL Draft has concluded (anticipated to be on or around April 25, 2026, at the completion of Round 7). The exact closing time will be determined by the official conclusion of the 2026 NFL Draft as declared by the NFL. Any entries received after the Competition has closed will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
- Entry is via the official online entry form available on PFF.com.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Limit one (1) entry per person per competition. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
- Entries must be submitted by the entrant personally. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of any entrant.
5. Prize
- Prize: One (1) pair of US-based NFL regular-season game tickets (two tickets total).
- Prize value: The total cumulative face value of the pair of tickets shall not exceed $300 USD.
- Tickets will be distributed electronically via Ticketmaster or SeatGeek, at the Promoter's sole discretion.
- The specific game, date, venue, and seat location will be determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion, subject to ticket availability.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless the Promoter determines otherwise at its sole discretion.
- If the selected game is postponed, relocated, or canceled, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to provide tickets to an alternative game of comparable value. If no suitable alternative is available, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be the person ranked first after the conclusion of the challenge.
- In the event of a tie, the user with the most exact picks will be declared winner.
- The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within seven (7) business days of the Competition closing.
- The winner must respond to the notification and confirm acceptance of the prize within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner being selected.
- The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency before awarding the prize.
7. Ticket Delivery
- Tickets will be delivered electronically via Ticketmaster or SeatGeek to the email address or account specified by the winner.
- The winner is responsible for creating or maintaining any accounts required by Ticketmaster or SeatGeek to receive and access the tickets.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, account restrictions, or delivery failures caused by Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, or the winner's email or account settings.
8. Winner's Responsibilities
- The winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses not specifically included in the prize, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, parking, food, beverages, and any other incidental expenses.
- The winner is responsible for complying with any venue-specific rules, policies, and entry requirements on the day of the event.
- The winner must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
9. Tax Obligations
- The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, duties, or levies arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.
- Where required by law, the winner may be asked to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent tax documentation prior to prize fulfillment.
10. Privacy and Data
- By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Competition and delivering the prize.
- Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at PFF.com.
- The Promoter will not sell or share entrants' personal information with third parties except as necessary to administer the Competition or as required by law.
11. Publicity
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use their first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional and publicity purposes in connection with the Competition, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant or winner arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed electronic communications associated with the Competition.
13. General Conditions
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition at any time if, in its sole judgment, the integrity or administration of the Competition has been compromised due to fraud, technical issues, or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control. Notice of any such changes will be posted on PFF.com.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of [State — to be specified], without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
- Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Competition shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in [City, State — to be specified].
