Offense

QB Derek Carr, Oakland Raiders

Carr was electric against the Lions on Sunday, as he picked up two big-time throws and zero turnover-worthy plays en route to an 86.8 passing grade in Week 9. He also recorded an 81.5% adjusted completion percentage on Sunday, which ranked tied for sixth among qualifying quarterbacks this week.

RB Kenyan Drake, Arizona Cardinals

Drake's debut in the desert couldn't have gone better. Rushing for 110 yards on 15 attempts and recording another 52 yards on his four receptions, Drake led all qualifying backs in overall grade in Week 9. He also forced three missed tackles averaged over five yards after contact per carry on the ground.

WR Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Wilson got the best of the Bucs on Sunday, but Evans was still a bright spot for Tampa Bay in the loss. He led all qualifying wideouts in yards per route run (4.39), catching 12-of-16 targets for 180 yards and a touchdown in the process. He also hauled in all three of his contested targets on the day.

WR D.J. Moore, Carolina Panthers

Moore caught 7-of-9 targets for 101 yards and five first downs against Tennessee on Sunday, including a toe-tapping snag down the left sideline that should go down as one of the better catches of the weekend. He also averaged 2.97 yards per route run and forced one missed tackle after the catch.

TE George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers

Kittle’s performance on Thursday Night Football against Arizona was astounding. After injuring his knee early in the contest, Kittle went on to earn the best single-game grade of any qualifying tight end in Week 9. He forced four missed tackles after the catch and averaged 3.43 yards per route run in the affair.

FLEX: WR Tyreek Hill, Kansas City Chiefs

Hill finished the week ranked fourth among qualifying wide receivers in yards per route run (3.50) and hauled in one of his three contested targets for a big gain against cornerback Trae Waynes. He also forced two missed tackles after the catch and caught six of his eight targets for 140 yards and a score.

LT Taylor Decker, Detroit Lions

Decker allowed just three total pressures across 45 pass-blocking snaps against Oakland on Sunday. He also earned an impressive 77.6 run-blocking grade.

LG Quinton Spain, Buffalo Bills

Not only did Spain not allow a single pressure across his 23 pass-blocking snaps, but he also paved the way for Bills running backs with his efforts up front.

C Frank Ragnow, Detroit Lions

Ragnow allowed just two total pressures across 45 pass-blocking snaps and earned an impressive 82.1 run-blocking grade against Oakland.

RG Brandon Brooks, Philadelphia Eagles

Brooks led all offensive linemen with at least 25 snaps played in Week 9 in overall grade largely because of his efforts in the run game. But in addition to his high run-blocking grade, Brooks allowed zero pressures across his 45 pass-blocking snaps.

RT Marcus Cannon, New England Patriots

Cannon was perfect in pass protection against the Ravens on Sunday night, allowing zero pressures across 48 pass-blocking snaps en route to a high pass-blocking grade for the week. Cannon also impressed as a run-blocker the few times New England went to the ground game.

Defense

Edge Jerry Hughes, Buffalo Bills

Hughes recorded four defensive stops and zero missed tackles en route to an overall solid performance from the veteran edge defender. He wasn't particularly spectacular in any one area, but he limited his mistakes and earned strong marks in both run and pass defense.

Edge Bud Dupree, Pittsburgh Steelers

Building on what has been a bounce-back year for the former Kentucky edge defender, Dupree recorded five pressures and an impressive 15.2% pass-rush win rate against Indianapolis. He also recorded one defensive stop in the game.

DI Chris Jones, Kansas City Chiefs

Jones turned in high marks as a run defender and pass-rusher against Minnesota on Sunday. The Vikings’ interior offensive line had no answers for him, as Jones recorded seven total pressures on the day.

DI D.J. Jones, San Francisco 49ers

Jones recorded one pressure and one defensive stop in the 49ers’ win over the Cardinals on Thursday. He also earned a 78.5 run-defense grade and 85.0 overall grade for his efforts.

LB Raekwon McMillan, Miami Dolphins

McMillan has taken a significant step forward in 2019, earning high run-defense grades nearly every time he's taken the field. Against the Jets on Sunday, McMillan earned another high single-game run-defense grade and recorded three defensive stops in the process.

LB Sean Lee, Dallas Cowboys

Lee was fantastic starting in place of the injured Leighton Vander Esch. He allowed just four receptions from six targets for four yards and recorded four defensive stops against New York on Sunday night.

CB Jourdan Lewis, Dallas Cowboys

Lewis allowed four receptions from five targets for 70 yards and recorded two defensive stops against New York, earning an impressive 87.5 coverage grade in the process.

CB Kenny Moore II, Indianapolis Colts

Moore had a strong day against the run and in coverage in Pittsburgh this week. He recorded seven defensive stops, allowed just 19 yards in coverage and logged an interception on Sunday.

S Minkah Fitzpatrick, Pittsburgh Steelers

Fitzpatrick’s pick-six was one of the better plays of his career. He jumped in front of an ill-advised Brian Hoyer pass in the red zone and returned it 96 yards for the score.

S Antione Bethea, New York Giants

Bethea finished Sunday Night Football with a team-high 90.9 overall grade due in large part to his interception of Dak Prescott early in the contest. He also recorded nine combined tackles and allowed zero yards in coverage.

FLEX: S Jordan Poyer, Buffalo Bills

Poyer forced a fumble and allowed zero yards in coverage across his 49 defensive snaps on Sunday. He continues to fly under the radar as one of the NFL’s premier safeties.
