Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry “suffered a potentially season-ending foot injury” in Week 8, sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Henry will undergo an MRI on Monday for a full diagnosis, per Schefter.

Henry missed time during Sunday’s 34-31 win over the Indianapolis Colts and was spotted on the sideline with his shoe off. He finished the game, however, and wound up with 28 carries for 68 yards.

The Colts waived running back Jordan Wilkins on Saturday. The Titans could try to put in a waiver claim for Wilkins on Monday. The NFL trade deadline is Tuesday, Nov. 2 at 4 p.m. ET, so time is running out for Tennessee to make a deal for a running back.

The Colts and running back Marlon Mack mutually agreed to part ways earlier this season, but that was before Wilkins was waived. It’s possible that Indianapolis could trade Mack, though it’s usually taboo to trade in-division to help a rival.

Schefter mentioned Tevin Coleman, David Johnson and Phillip Lindsay, Ty’Son Williams, Melvin Gordon, Ronald Jones, Mike Davis and Rashaad Penny as potential trade candidates. Todd Gurley, Adrian Peterson, Frank Gore, D’onta Foreman, Kerryon Johnson, Derrius Guice, Bo Scarbrough, Alfred Morris, TJ Yeldon and Ito Smith are currently free agents, and Jordan Howard and Lamar Miller are on practice squads.
