- Averaging 4.06 yards after contact, Wadley ranked No. 2 in yards after contact per attempt among draft-eligible Big Ten running backs with at least 75 attempts.
- Wadley’s skill set also translated over to the passing game, as he finished the 2016 season ranked No. 2 in yards per route run (2.48) among Big Ten backs with at least 25 targets. Current Carolina Panthers back Curtis Samuel was the only running back to top Wadley with his 2.76 YPRR.
